In order to get connected with our STEP Case Managers, you can choose to either reach out to us (call or email, Monday through Friday, 8 am–6 pm at 253–444–5351 or casemanager@hopesacpc.org) or fill out the confidential form below with as much information as you are comfortable sharing at this time, and a Case Manager will reach out to you within two business days. If you are wanting to speak with someone after business hours, please know you are safe to call Rebuilding Hope’s 24/7 hotline at 253-474-7273. No identifying information will be shared with anyone outside of Rebuilding Hope! or the STEP program without express written consent from the client.
