In order to get connected with our STEP Case Managers, you can choose to either reach out to us (call or email, Monday through Friday, 8 am – 6 pm at 253–444–5351 or email@example.com) or fill out the confidential form below with as much information as you are able, and a Case Manager will reach out to you or your client within two business days. No identifying information will be shared with anyone outside of the STEP program without express written consent from the client and information provided on this online form will only be used for the Case Manager to respond to the referral.
